Jeff Miller


This week’s High School Athlete of the Week is Jeff Miller, a junior at Washburn High School in Minneapolis.  Jeff Miller is the starting catcher for the Washburn Millers.  In his first two games of the season, he has had 9 at bats with 7 hits, 8 RBI’s and 1 homerun. This is Jeff’s third year as a starter, and head baseball coach Jim Clancy says Jeff improves as a player every year.  Among being a good baseball player Jeff is also a good student.
Congratulations to Jeff Miller for being this week’s High School Athlete of the week!

High School Athlete of the Week

WCCO Radio and Mainstreet Bank are proud to announce the Mainstreet Bank High School Athlete of the Week!

If you know a high school athlete who deserves recognition for his/her accomplishments and to be featured on The Mike Max Show (weekdays 7-9:30pm) make your nomination every week between noon Friday and 6 p.m. Monday.

Completely fill out the official nomination form below; then listen to WCCO Radio every Thursday between 8:30-9pm for the weekly winner!

We’ll also feature the weekly winning athlete right here on 830WCCO.com!

The winner will also be awarded with a commemorative certificate.
