Before Mona and Sid Hartman joined forces on the Sports Huddle in 1981, Dave had spent time as the Sports Editor of the Minnesota Daily, as the beat writer covering the Minnesota Twins for The Minneapolis Tribune and as the first editor of Dave Moore's Bedtime Nooz on WCCO TV. He currently chairs the boards of the Greater Minneapolis Convention & Visitors Association and the Minnesota Vikings Children's Fund.
