Charges will NOT be filed against the victim of a botched mugging that ended with one of the teenage attackers dead. The incident happened November 6th on the Midtown Greenway near 28th and Hiawatha, when two 17-year old teens jumped the man. The victim stabbed 17-year Tim Jackson, who later died. Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman says the man acted in reasonable self-defense. The other teen, Andre Sheldon Whirlwind Horse is charged in juvenile court.
