After joining WCCO Radio in 1986 as Herb Carneal's broadcasting partner for the Minnesota Twins, the Twins won the 1987 World Series, a drama that repeated itself in 1991. The 2006 baseball season marks the 20th season John Gordon has spent broadcasting Twins baseball games on the radio.
