A second man is now in custody for the shooting death of another man in St. Paul last weekend. A 21-year old man turned himself into St. Paul Police Wednesday night. Police were looking for that man in connection with the Sunday killing of 25-year old Kerry Marquis Neal-Hill of St. Paul. St. Paul Police spokesman Pete Panos saysinvestigators are still holding off on releasing a motive in the shooting. The first suspect was arrested on Sunday. He remains in custody. No charges have been filed yet.
